Penna is a sans-serif font designed specifically for use in headlines. It creates a dynamic feel by incorporating a significant height difference between uppercase and lowercase letters. While it is fundamentally a geometric sans-serif, it avoids monotony by using a more handwritten-style structure for certain lowercase characters, such as "n" and "f".

In contrast, the uppercase letters feature a classic geometric design that combines perfect circles with straight lines. Additionally, the horizontal strokes in the middle of characters like "E" and "R" are aligned to ensure a cohesive look when setting text in all-caps.
