FA-1 Font

About FA-1

FA-1 is a typeface created by extracting and reconstructing the sci-fi elements found in the previously released F5.6.

While the original F5.6 blended the design of standard machine-engraving typefaces with the linear styles often seen in classic sci-fi works, I had already incorporated the machine-engraving elements into the earlier F1.8 release; consequently, I isolated the remaining sci-fi elements to develop this new typeface.

The fundamental design draws inspiration from the typeface used in the OVA "Combat Fairy Yukikaze". While capturing the atmosphere of the original, I designed each character from scratch with a focus on readability.
